Langkawi Sky Bridge is a 125 metres long curved pedestrian cable-stayed and suspended pedestrian that swings out over Langkawi’s second-highest mountain, Gunung Mat Cincang. At 850m high, Gunung Mat Cincang is the second highest mountain in Langkawi and offers some pretty spectacular views of the island. The Langkawi Sky Bridge is located at the ’end’ of the Langkawi Cable Car ride that takes you to top of Mount Mat Cinchang. The journey to the top starts out at the Oriental Village in the upper northwest of Langkawi Island, near Pantai Kok.

Langkawi Sky Bridge is an engineering marvel and it curves out around the mountain, 100 meters above the ground and provides otherwise impossible views of the mountain terrain and surrounding jungle, and on a clear day you can see all the way to the mainland and southwest Thailand.

As you walk along the bridge admire the waterfalls in the ancient Cambrian Geoforest Park, the rocky cliffs, the gorges and gaze over the Andaman sea and nearby islands.

It is one of the world’s longest curved suspension bridges. Visitors can stand on transparent floor platform to get extra close to nature and appreciate the dizzying height of the bridge. Its dynamic contour provides changing perspectives of surrounding scenery as you walk along the length of the bridge.

  • Sky Bridge tickets can only be purchased from a booth at the Sky Cab top station (cash only).
  • The Sky Bridge can accommodate only 200 visitors at a time, so sometimes it may get crowded.
  • Sky Bridge tickets also includes a “nature walk” where visitors must walk 150m down steep steps through the humid jungle.
  • Sky Glide ticket(alternative option to nature walk) to ride a small glass funicular straight to the bridge entrance.(1 way also available)
